Su Coccu comes from the union of vines that have different stories, tastes and characteristics of their own, grown in different terroirs that enhance the final characteristics and give life to an elegant and decisive wine.
TASTING NOTES
Intense and persistent nose, very Mediterranean. The small red fruits are well marked, accompanied by an elegant spiciness. In the mouth it has good structure, velvety tannins and almost perfect gustatory balance.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS
It goes perfectly with the typical Sardinian meats and cuts, but also with aged cheeses; does not mind pairing with quality fish such as roasted mullet or grouper. Gradation 75 CL.
