GRAPPA OF CANNONAU
Our Grappa di Cannonau is the essence of a careful selection of pomace from a vine that has become the symbol of the entire viticultural and oenological sector of Sardinia. Through our discontinuous artisan distillation plant, with bain-marie heating, we are able to extract all the richness that this raw material can offer, without attacking the compounds present inside.
We thus obtain a grappa with an excellent olfactory finesse that highlights marked floral notes that immediately blend with the characteristic vegetal and herbaceous sensations. The taste delights us with an entrance that stands out a very pleasant softness, suddenly balanced by a sapidity that generates freshness and makes room for floral and fruity scents that slowly evolve into toasted notes of cocoa and hazelnut, surrounded by a balanced sensation of sweetness .
Alcohol content 42% vol 10 CL.
