Description
SOI CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA DOC Appearance: the color is ruby red, with garnet reflections. The scent is fine and complex at the same time, with a hint of dried rose petal and ripe fruit such as plum; the floral and fruity sensations are well balanced by an elegant spiciness and a slight hint of Mediterranean scrub combined with an unusual sapiditỳ which closes in the finish recalling brackish notes. Taste: In the mouth the wine shows a never invasive tannicity, always balanced which allows the wine a great length. Gradation 75 CL.
